Taiwan to officially end quarantine on Oct. 13. The Ministry of Health and Welfare on Sept. 29 confirmed that mandatory quarantine for inbound passengers will be discontinued under the new "0+7" system on Oct. 13. Foreign participants arriving in Taiwan on Nov. 5 and leaving on Nov. 9 correspond to the "0+7" policy. Foreign participants can stay at The Grand Hotel instead of the quarantine hotel.
