Registration

Thank you for participating in the 18^th Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference (A-SSCC 2022). The A-SSCC 2022 is a hybrid event with physical (on-site) and virtual (online) attendance. The physical conference will be held at the Grand Hotel, Taipei, while virtual attendance is provided for overseas attendees.

Note that local attendees must register for physical attendance.

For each accepted paper, one unique author registration (as “Paper Author”) is required by Sept. 12, 2022. The registrant should provide the paper ID and title during registration.

How to Register

• Click the "Register!" button at the bottom of this page to register.
• The early bird discount rate is available by Oct. 18, 2022 Oct. 31, 2022.
• Registration requires a major credit card account (VISA, MasterCard, or JCB).
  
  • Credit card payments are processed via our secure gateway through Hua Nan Bank.
  • Your credit card statement will show expenditure for this charge to “Poetry-Life Professional Conference Organizer.”
• Registrants in Taiwan have the option to pay the registration fee via a local bank wire transfer. Please contact Mr. Yung-Ming Chiu (pobsadue@poetry-life.com) if you need any assistance.

Registration Fees

Note:

• One unique author attendance registration is required for each accepted paper by Sept. 12, 2022.
• Both the physical and virtual attendance packages include accessing to online technical sessions, and conference proceedings.
• The physical attendance packages also include accessing to coffee break, welcome reception, social event, and banquet. (There is no lunch provided. Lunch on own.)
• We will hold the on-line A-SSCC 2022 with the Webex platform. The webex links will be provided in the registration system for paid accounts three days before conference opening. For virtual attendance, Please download and install Webex in advance ( https://www.webex.com/downloads.html/). It is recommended to install Webex client for all operating systems instead of using a browser version. This would help avoid any issues that might be caused because of your browser.

Tutorial Fees (Not Included in Full Program Registration)

Note:

• Each regular tutorial registration includes the tutorial materials and access to the seesions which were paid.
• Each student tutorial registration includes all of the items in regular registration except the tutorial materials.
• Extra tutorial materials can be purchased in registration. They will be delivered on-site.

Cancellation Policy

• All refunds/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by Oct. 15, 2022.
• There will be an administration fee of NT$ 4,500 deducted from each refund.
• Please note that registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable After Oct. 15, 2022.
